Description

『五星級法式羊肩排』作法
1.將羊排完全退冰,使用紙巾將表面上的水份擦拭乾
2..將羊排灑上海鹽.黑胡椒.碎大蒜.米酒及少許的橄欖油拌勻,放入冰箱醃漬一小時左右
3.以中大火加油熱平底鍋,等平底鍋加熱至開始冒煙時,放入已刮除醃料的羊排煎煮
4.約每2分鐘翻面一次,煎約6到8分鐘,兩面金黃色即可
5.可搭配海鹽或胡椒食用
