盤克夏黑豬，因四肢、鼻端和尾端都是白色又稱為六白豬，肉質被老饕譽為可媲美神戶牛

與日本鹿兒島豚肉同源，六白黑毛豬，皆為罕見的盤克夏種。
纖維較細、油花較多，肉汁豐富、甘甜、肉熔點低、不飽和脂肪酸含量高、飼養期長達210天以上，產量有限。
