有別於傳統澳洲牛肉多以天然草飼放牧的方式， Rangers Valley 牧場精選安格斯黑牛品種，以無荷爾蒙、無生長激素及無基因改造的特殊穀物配方飼養長達 270 天，產出的牛肉油花飽滿，且具更柔嫩口感與濃厚紮實肉香，主要銷往日本、香港、新加坡、韓國等頂級餐廳與星級飯店， Rangers Valley 飼養場謹慎地精選牛隻，經過270 天緩慢的增重過程來育成最高品質的牛肉，所產出的牛肉色澤呈現櫻桃酒紅色，間以細緻均勻的白色油花（Marbling），相較美國安格斯牛穀物飼養僅約 120 天，澳洲安格斯黑牛稀有的長期穀飼，讓牛肉呈現軟嫩香甜口感，入口美妙滋味絕對驚豔。

澳洲安格斯黑牛特色：￭100%安格斯黑牛￭使用無荷爾蒙生長激素、無基因改造的安全飼料。￭完整的牛隻追蹤系統，並透過 DNA 檢驗，可溯及每頭牛從出生到 屠宰的完整記錄，保證不含生長激素。￭獲得 HACCP 的驗證，肉品安全品質保證由澳洲官方認證。￭經過穀物飼養達 270-300 天，確保油花及肉質鮮嫩多汁。￭擁有清真國際認證牛肉，肉品處理分切過程絕對乾淨無污染。￭澳洲全國飼養場認證體制”所認證的牧場，獲得澳洲年度最佳飼養場獎項。
